Thangamayil Jewellery Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of directors of Thangamayil Jewellery Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs.6 /- per equity share of Rs.10/-each (60%) subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. An Interim dividend of Rs.6/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (60%) has already been paid during Feb, 2023 (Totaling to Rs.12/- per equity shares (120%)), the dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
