Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1, final dividend of Rs. 14

The board of directors of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Re.1 (100%) per Equity Share (of face value of Re.1 each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 and also recommended a One-time Special Dividend of Rs.14 (1400%) per Equity Share on account of the Company entering into its 40th year of business operations. The total Final and Special Dividend aggregating to Rs.15 (1500%) is subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing 39th Annual General Meeting. The said Dividend will be paid on or before 30th June, 2023.
