Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd recommends 1:2 bonus issue

The board of directors of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd has recommended the issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 2:1 i.e. 1(One) Bonus Equity Share of Re. 1/- each for every 2 (Two) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each held by the Members of the Company on such date, as may be fixed in this regard by the Board as the Record Date and subject to the approval of the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
