Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 0.70

The board of directors of Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited has recommended declaration of a Dividend of 7 % (i.e., Rupees Seventy Paisa) on the fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2023, pursuant to Regulation 43 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
