Gujarat Craft Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Gujarat Craft Industries Ltd, in their meeting held on 20th May, 2023, has recommended a Final dividend of Re. 1/- (@10%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2022-23 ended on 31st March, 2023, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
