Rushil Decor Ltd allots 66,35,421 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares

The Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of Rushil Decor Ltd has, at its meeting held today, i.e. May 20, 2023, has considered and approved the allotment of 66,35,421 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 162/- per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 152/- per Rights Equity Share) to the eligible applicants ("Allotment").

Accordingly, pursuant to the Allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 19,90,62,610/- (comprising 1,99,06,261 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10 each) to Rs. 26,54, 16,820/- (comprising 2,65,41,682 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10 each).

Shares of Rushil Decor Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 275.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 279.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1296 in over 117 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 284.00 and intraday low of 273.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 362042.00.
