Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Ltd has, at its meeting held on Friday, May 19, 2023, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 1/- (50%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- for the financial year 2022-23 to the shareholders for declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
