Abbott India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 180, special dividend of Rs. 145

The Board of Directors of Abbott India Limited has recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 180/- and special dividend of Rs. 145/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Seventy-ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Company has fixed Friday, July 21, 2023 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to final and special dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or after Wednesday, August 16, 2023.

Shares of Abbott India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 20884.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 20963.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 548 in over 296 trades.
