Minda Corporation Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of Directors of Minda Corporation Ltd has considered and recommended final dividend @ 40% i.e. Rs. 0.80 per equity share (face value of Rs. 2 per share) for the financial year 2022-23 in their meeting held on 19 May 2023. This dividend together with the interim dividend @ 20% i.e. Rs. 0.40 per equity share, aggregating the total dividend for the year 2022-23 to Rs. 1.20/- per equity share i.e. @ 60%.
