Route Mobile Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of Route Mobile Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (20%) for the Financial Year 2022-'23, subject to the shareholders' approval at the ensuing 19th Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, the said dividend, if approved, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid (subject to deduction of tax at source) within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.

The total dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, aggregates to Rs. 11/- (Rupees Eleven only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten) each, including the interim dividend of Rs. 6 (Rupees six only) and Rs. 3 (Rupees Three only) per equity share as approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 26, 2023 and October 21, 2022, respectively which was paid thereafter.

Shares of ROUTE MOBILE LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1399.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1384.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 97839 in over 7865 trades.
