India Motor Parts & Accessories Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of India Motor Parts & Accessories Ltd at its meeting held on May 19, 2023, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 15.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (150%) for the financial year 2022-23 on paid up capital of Rs. 12.48 crores, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
