Alkem Laboratories Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Alkem Laboratories Ltd at its meeting held on 19th May, 2023, has, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, for the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The board fixed that the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on 25th August, 2023 and the cut-off date for the purpose of the said Annual General Meeting has been fixed as 18th August, 2023 and fixed 10th August, 2023 as the record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend. The dividend, if declared by the shareholders, shall be paid on and from 30th August, 2023.

Shares of Alkem Laboratories Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3292.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3324.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13664 in over 2630 trades.
