Container Corporation of India Ltd declares final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of Container Corporation of India Ltd has declared a Final Dividend of Rs.2/ - (40%) per equity share of face value of Rs.5/ each for the year 2022-23 which is subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The above Final Dividend is in addition to Interim Dividend @40% (i.e. Rs.2/- per share of Rs.5/- each), 2nd Interim Dividend@60% (i.e. Rs.3/- per share of Rs.5/- each) and 3rd Interim Dividend @80% (i.e. Rs.4/- per share of Rs.5/- each) already paid during the year.

Shares of Container Corporation of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 631.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 639.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19610 in over 988 trades.
