Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd have approved the recommendation of the payment of the dividend of INR 2.00 per equity share on 25,66,000 equity shares (face value INR 10 each fully paid up) for the financial year ended 31 March 2023 and the same shall be payable subject to approval of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Tasty Bite Eatables Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10536.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10472.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 537 in over 195 trades.
