Coral India Finance and Housing Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.30

The Board of Directors of Coral India Finance and Housing Ltd in their meeting today has recommended a final dividend of 15% i.e. Rs. 0.30 (30 Paise) per share with face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2022-23, subject to approval of the Members in their ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Dividend, if approved, by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be paid/dispatched (subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable) after the AGM and within 30 days of its declaration.

Shares of Coral India Finance & Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 33.21 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 33.46. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10073 in over 87 trades.
