Som Distilleries and Breweries Ltd allots 34,95,952 Rights Equity Shares

Pursuant to the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with BSE Limited (Designated Stock Exchange), the Lead Manager to the Issue and the Registrar to the Issue, the Rights Issue Committee of Som Distilleries and Breweries Ltd has, at its meeting held on today, i.e., May 18, 2023, approved the allotment of 34,95,952 Rights Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each at a price of Rs. 140/- per Rights Equity Share including a share premium of Rs. 135/- per Rights Equity Share. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall be as follows:

7,72,60,525 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up and Rs. 38,63,02,625.

Shares of Som Distilleries & Breweries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 182.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 179.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35848 in over 1021 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 184.85 and intraday low of 181.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6572347.00.
