The Board of Directors of M M Forgings Ltd in their meeting held on 17 May 2023 has declared, payment of Interim dividend of ₹6 per share.

29 May 2023 has been fixed as the record date to determine the shareholders eligible for the payment of interim dividend. The Interim Dividend shall be payable on or before 15 June 2023.
