GIC Housing Finance Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 4.50

The board of directors of GIC Housing Finance Ltd has recommended a Dividend for F.Y. 2022-23 @ 45% i.e. Rs. 4.50/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (Subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing 33rd AGM). Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend by shareholders in ensuing 33rd AGM of the Company.
