The board of directors of Hitech Corporation Ltd has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 1.00 (Rupee One only) per equity share (10%) of the face value of Rs.10 (Rupees Ten) each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
