Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. May 17, 2023, has considered and approved recommendation of dividend of INR 1.20/- (i.e. 60%) per equity share of face value of INR 2/- each for Financial Year 2022-23, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
