The Board of Directors of GI Engineering Solutions Ltd in their meeting held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 approved allotment of 4,98,60,082 fully Paid-up Equity shares of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 10/- per Equity share to the eligible applicants.

During the rights issue 4,98,60,082 Equity Shares were offered for subscription to the existing shareholders of the company and the same received overwhelming response, oversubscribed by 1.69 time.
