Welcast Steels Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of directors of Welcast Steels Ltd has recommended dividend of Rs, 2.5 (@25%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2022-23 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.

The Company has fixed Book Closure date from Wednesday, 6th September, 2023 to Tuesday, 12th September, 2023 for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members of the Company to receive Dividend of Rs. 2.5 (@ 25%) per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2022-23. The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid on or before 11th October, 2023, subject to deduction of tax at source asapplicable.

Shares of WELCAST STEELS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 748.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 703.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 175 in over 30 trades.
