Duncan Engineering Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Duncan Engineering Ltd in its meeting held on 16th May 2023, recommended the final dividend of Re. 1/- (10%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2022-23, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved by the Members will be paid within 10 days of its approval by Members of the Company at its ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 27.07.2023.
