Talbros Automotive Components Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Talbros Automotive Components Ltd has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend @ 20% on equity shares of Rs. 10/- each i.e. Rs. 2.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 2,46,91,260/- for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 on the entire share capital of 12345630 shares.

The 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, 25th September, 2023. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 18th September, 2023 to Monday, 25th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 66th AGM and determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, if declared.
