Sirca Paints India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 16, 2023 have, recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 1.5 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The date of 18th Annual General Meeting, the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for payment of dividend and the date of payment will be intimated separately.
