APM Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.60

The Board of Directors of APM Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. May 16, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 02:15 p.m., has recommended the Dividend of Rs. 1.60 (i.e. 80%) per equity share on face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the Financial Year 2022-23, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
