Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e. May 16, 2023 recommended final dividend of 250% i.e. Rs. 2.50 (Rupees Two and Fifty Paise) per equity share of Re. 1 each for the year ended March 31, 2023. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of approval by shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM).

Shares of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 422.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 422.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8476 in over 425 trades.
