Pfizer Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 35

The Board of Directors of Pfizer Ltd has at its Meeting held today, i.e., May 15, 2023, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 35/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (350%) and a special dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (50%) in view of the gain on sale of business undertaking at Thane, aggregating to total dividend of Rs. 40/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (400%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The said final dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be paid on or before September 16, 2023.

Shares of Pfizer Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3816.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3790.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2520 in over 668 trades.
