Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd has also recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 25%) for the year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of 6.50 % on "Series - I Non Cumulative Redeemable Preference shares" and 10.00% on "Series - II Non Cumulative Redeemable Preference shares" for the year ended 31stMarch, 2023, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
