Eldeco Housing and Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 8

The board of directors of Eldeco Housing and Industries Ltd has considered and recommended a final dividend for the financial year 2022-2023, at the rate of 400% i.e. Rs. 8/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each which shall be paid, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
