The Board of Directors of The Karur Vysya Bank Limited has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.00 per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 100%) for the financial year ended 31st March 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank.
