Indo National Ltd to form new subsidiary, changes logo

The Board of Directors of Indo National Ltd at their meeting held on 10th May 2023, have approved to incorporate a New Subsidiary Company M/s. Nippo Green Energy Private Limited with 74% equity share capital will be held by M/s. Indo National Ltd and 26% paid up equity share capital will be held by M/s. Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Limited. The main object of the Company is to venturing in Renewable Energy.

The board also unveiled a new Nippo Brand Logo, the new revamped Logo represents Indo National Limited's new Brand Identity in our 50th Year. All New Nippo logo is more youthful, more contemporary to excite our Core Consumers and also get more consumers into our Current and the Future Categories. The connected letters of All New Nippo 'n '& 'i' and 'p' & 'o' connate togetherness and five fresh colours depict joyfulness.
