Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd at its Meeting held today on Saturday, 13th May, 2023 has approved and recommended dividend of Rs. 1/- (@ 100%) per equity shares of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
