Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Laxmi Organic Industries Limited has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 25% of the face value) which is subject to approval by the Members of the Company at the forthcoming 34th Annual General Meeting.
