Ami Organics Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Saturday, May 13, 2023, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 3 (Rupees Three only, at the rate of 30%) per Equity Shares for the FY 2022-23 which shall be subject to the confirmation by Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of Company.
