Rane Holdings Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 17

The board of directors of Rane Holdings Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 17/- per equity share on 1,42,77,809 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up, for the financial year 2022-23, subject to approval of members at the ensuing 87th AGM of the Company. The dividend, if declared by the shareholders will be paid/dispatched on August 11, 2023 (Friday) to the eligible shareholders.
