Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd at its meeting held on 12 May 2023 has recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share of Rs. 5 each (i.e. 60 percent) for the financial year 2022-2023 for approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing annual general meeting.
