Keltech Energies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of the Company have recommended Final Dividend of Re. 1.50 per share on 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 46th Annual General Meeting.

The Record Date has been fixed on Thursday, the 03 August, 2023, for determining entitlement of the shareholders of the Company for payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23. The Final Dividend, if declared by the shareholders will be paid by 09 September, 2023.
