Birla Corporation Ltd's subsidiary acquires mining rights for 889.760 hectares at Katni, Madhya Pradesh

RCCPL Private Limited, wholly owned material subsidiary of Birla Corporation Ltd has acquired the mining rights comprising of 889.760 Hectares at Katni, Madhya Pradesh pursuant to a Tripartite Agreement executed with the Government of Madhya Pradesh and M/s. Sanghi Infrastructure M.P. Limited.

RCCPL Private Limited ('RCCPL'), wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company, has acquired 100% equity shares of M/s. Sanghi Infrastructure M.P. Limited (CIN: U70100MP2008PLC020322). Accordingly, M/s. Sanghi Infrastructure M.P. Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of RCCPL and a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. 12th May, 2023.

Shares of Birla Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1010.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 998.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13084 in over 1912 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1033.35 and intraday low of 997.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13332188.00.
