The Board of Directors of Bombay Cycle and Motor Agency Ltd in their Meeting held on May 12, 2023 have recommended a Final Dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs.5.00/- per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each, subject to the approval of the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting i.e. 104th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The date of the Annual General Meeting is not yet finalized and will be announced in due course.
