The board of directors of BLISS GVS Pharma Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of 50% i.e. 0.50 paisa per equity share having face value of Rs.1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company ('38th AGM')
