BLS International Services Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of BLS International Services Ltd at their meeting held on Thursday, May 11, 2023, Recommended final dividend at the rate of 25% on face value i.e. Rs. 0.25/- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 1/- each on 41,08,20,000 equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23, subject to the approval of the members in forthcoming AGM of the Company.
