The Board of Directors of Bhakti Gems and Jewellery Limited at their meeting held on today, i.e. Thursday, May 11, 2023, has fixed Wednesday, May 31, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who are entitled to receive the Rights Entitlements of the Rights Issue of the Company.

Total number of Equity Shares and Rights Issue size: 50,13,173 fully paid-up Equity Shares for amount aggregating to Rs. 6,01,58,076/-.

Rights Issue Price: Rs. 12/- per fully paid-up Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share).

Rights entitlement ratio: 01 (One) Rights Equity Share for every 02 (Two) fully paid-up Equity Share held by the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date.
