Ajmera Realty and Infra India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of Ajmera Realty and Infra India Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share on face value of Re. 10/‐ each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
