IndInfravit Trust declares distribution of Rs. 4.68 per unit

The Board of Directors of the LTIDPL IndvIT Services Limited, the Investment Manager ('IM') of IndInfravit Trust ("the Trust") at its meeting held on May 8, 2023 considered and declared distribution of Rs. 4.68 per unit, for the Trust for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. The distribution will be paid as Rs.3.37 per unit as interest, Rs. 1.24 per unit as Return of Capital and Rs. 0.07 per unit as other income on surplus funds at trust level subject to applicable taxes if any.

May 16, 2023 has been fixed as a Record date for the purpose of payment of Distribution. Distribution will be paid to the Unitholders of the Trust on or before May 22, 2023.
