The board of directors of Aarti Industries Ltd has approved the recommendation of the Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- (30%) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 5/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
