Carborundum Universal Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Carborundum Universal Limited have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.00/- (200%) per equity share (on a face value of Re.1/-) for the year ended 31st March 2023.

The dividend warrants, upon approval of final dividend by the shareholders at the 69th Annual General Meeting, will be posted by 24th August 2023. In case of shareholders opting for NECS/NACH, the dividend would be credited to their accounts by 24th August 2023.

Shares of Carborundum Universal Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1109.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1099.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2656 in over 554 trades.
