BSL Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of BSL Ltd has recommended the dividend on Equity Shares at the rate Rs. 1.50/- per share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2022-23 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Dividend will be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the d.eclaration at the Annual General Meeting. The date of the Annual General Meeting will be announced in due course of time.
