Emami Realty Ltd allots 8,53,65,854 NCDs

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Emami Realty Ltd, at its meeting held today, i.e., 8th May, 2023, has approved allotment of 8,53,65,854 Nos. of 7.5% Unsecured Unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 82/- (Rupees Eighty-Two only) each, in lieu of existing 8,53,65,854 Nos. of Zero Coupon Unsecured Optionally Convertible Debentures of Rs. 82/- each, aggregating to Rs. 700,00,00,028/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Crores and Twenty-Eight only) for its remaining tenure, which were allotted by the Company on 14th February, 2023.

Shares of Emami Realty Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 67.96 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 66.38. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4962 in over 100 trades.
