ZEN Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of ZEN Technologies Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., Saturday, May 6, 2023 has, approved a final dividend on equity shares at the rate of 20% i.e. Re. 0.20/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023.
